Program Description

New Silver Lending, LLC (“New Silver,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a licensed direct lender (NMLS Company ID 2154545) that originates and services business-purpose commercial loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment real estate. Borrowers are business entities and real estate investors. We do not offer consumer credit.

Messages relate to an existing loan application or funded loan and include: application status updates, document and condition requests, reminders, appraisal and inspection scheduling, closing coordination, construction draw status, and servicing notices.

We do not send messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists. Consent is collected directly by New Silver
from the individual. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not required as a condition of applying for or receiving a loan from New Silver.

You opt in at getfunded.newsilver.com by checking an unchecked box that allows and disallows your consent.

Message Frequency

Recurring messages; frequency varies by loan stage, up to 10 messages per month.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

SMS messaging is available on most major US wireless carriers. New Silver is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent information will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. We reserve the right to update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
