Steven Raucci serves as Partner Relationship Manager at New Silver, where he works with a variety of partners to grow and support New Silver’s lending network. With over 20 years of experience across residential lending, real estate sales, and property management, he brings the kind of depth that makes conversations with partners productive from the start.

Steven’s career has taken him through some of the more demanding corners of the industry. At JPMorgan Chase, he managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and led teams in a high-volume lending environment. At RE/MAX, he worked as a real estate agent, building a client base, closing transactions, and consistently exceeding performance targets.

Beyond his professional roles, Steven owns and manages a portfolio of short-term rentals, has been actively fixing and flipping properties for several years, and holds a General Contractor license, giving him hands-on experience across the full arc of residential real estate investment. 

His combination of institutional lending experience, boots-on-the-ground real estate knowledge, and personal investment activity makes him a natural fit for partners looking for someone who genuinely understands the business on both sides of the table.
