Jessica Wales brings more than 25 years of banking and financial services experience to her role as Loan Advisor at New Silver. She is one of the most seasoned professionals on the team, with a career built on leadership, client trust, and consistent performance.

Before transitioning to private lending, Jessica built a distinguished career at Florence Bank in Western Massachusetts, where she rose to the role of Vice President and Branch Manager. In that capacity, she oversaw operations for a branch with up to $200 million in deposits, led teams in driving growth across deposits, loans, and mortgages, and cultivated lasting client relationships across the region. Her responsibilities spanned mortgage origination — including fixed and adjustable-rate products — compliance management, and business development.

Jessica is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ashworth College. Her commitment to community extends beyond the office: she has served on the board and finance committee of the United Way of Franklin & Hampshire Region and was recognized as a member of BusinessWest’s 40 Under Forty class of 2014, as well as a recipient of the Florence Bank Community Support Award.
