Hussien Skaiky joined New Silver as National Sales Director following the company’s acquisition of Mayflower Venture Partners, the direct lending business he founded in 2023. With over a decade of hands-on experience across private lending, real estate development, and renovation, he brings a builder’s perspective to every conversation about financing a deal.

Before founding Mayflower Venture Partners, Hussien spent years working directly in the field he now lends into. As a Real Estate Consultant at Skai Capital LLC, he arranged private real estate loans for builders, developers, and investors across the Greater Boston area. Earlier, as owner of SKAI Real Estate Development LLC, he managed rehab and renovation projects firsthand, giving him a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to bring a fix-and-flip or new construction project to completion.

Hussien holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the New England Institute of Technology, a background that shows up in how he evaluates deals: with an eye for the structural and practical realities behind the numbers.

His combination of lending expertise, development experience, and technical training makes him a natural fit for investors who want to work with someone who has actually done the work himself, not just financed it.
