Damian’s experience spans several corners of the real estate and lending world. Before joining New Silver, he worked as an Associate Account Executive at EBI Consulting, where he managed a full sales pipeline, drove new business through targeted outreach, and consistently hit his numbers. Before that, hands-on work in property management, banking, and site acquisition gave him a real feel for how assets get evaluated, financed, and managed over time.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Green Real Estate and Sales. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts.
