Amra Pinkham serves as Director of Operations at New Silver, where she oversees the company’s lending ops and helps ensure that loans move efficiently from application through closing. Her role is central to maintaining the speed, structure, and consistency that experienced real estate investors rely on.

Amra brings a career’s worth of experience at the intersection of real estate, legal services, and financial operations. Before joining New Silver, she served as Manager of Real Estate Operations at Carey Law, where she managed real estate service delivery and operational workflows. Prior to that, Amra held the position of Senior Manager of Compliance Legal Operations at London and London, where she led oversight of loss mitigation portfolios for major financial institutions, built and managed high-performing teams, and implemented risk management frameworks to improve regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an associate’s degree from Manchester Community College. Amra is also a licensed real estate professional in Connecticut, adding practical, market-level insight to her operational leadership.
