At the intersection of blockchain and real estate lies New Silver’s DeFi Securitized Mortgage Fund, LLC. Investing in high-growth areas of real estate has long been a successful investment strategy for many. New Silver created the DeFi Securitized Mortgage Fund to allow more people the opportunity to invest in a pool of securitized real estate loans, using leverage from Decentralized Finance (DeFi). DeFi utilizes newly available technologies and capital formations to bring lower cost, flexible capital to New Silver's structured securitization offering.

Investment Strategy

All mortgages are underwritten and originated by New Silver Lending LLC. Mortgages are secured with a first priority, perfected lien on residential investment properties located in the United States

Leverage and liquidity are provided by Senior Lenders at a low cost of capital allowing for competitive rates for borrowers and higher returns to Fund investors. The Fund invests in both the Senior and Junior tranches of the capital stack.

New Silver Lending currently has $4mm+ of equity invested in the Junior tranche, pari passu with the Fund.
