How Do Affiliates Get Paid?

Every time someone successfully applies for a real estate loan application, you get paid $50. Every time one of your leads becomes a closed loan, you get paid 50 basis points (bps). In most cases, this means a payout ranging from $500 to $3,000, depending on the loan value. The more loan applications and closed loans you generate, the more money you can make.

In order to verify that the sale originated from a particular affiliate, you will be issued with a link that has unique tracking code built-in. If someone clicks on your link and then completes an application, it will be automatically attributed to your account. If the user then closes a loan with New Silver, you earn 50 basis points of the loan value.
